Since 1984, Brighter Beginnings has provided critical social services to vulnerable families in the East Bay. Our social workers work alongside families to ensure that children have every opportunity to grow up healthy and happy. Our programs in early childhood development, teen family support, family financial empowerment, and fatherhood engagement ensure that families receive the support they need to meet their goals.

Last year, we began providing primary care services at our Richmond and Antioch locations (both areas with high need and few primary care providers) and served a total of 5,276 clients out of our locations in Oakland, Richmond, and Antioch. Your donations will go towards funding primary healthcare for our clients.

In addition to healthcare, this fund will also provide other necessary social services to our families in need.
