On any given night there are 14,000 people experiencing homelessness in the City of Detroit – one-third of whom are children. Every night, COTS helps many of these children and their families on their journey to overcome homelessness, eliminate poverty, and work toward self-sufficiency.

We have created this campaign to purchase toys, host a Christmas party and take family portraits with Santa for the families in COTS emergency shelter. We believe it's important for children to have positive holiday experiences especially while they are in a shelter. It is our hope that with these funds we provide a fun, memorable Christmas for our children and their parents.

Anything raised over and above $2,500 will support COTS services and programs.
