Fourteen year old Jessie has lived in more than 16 homes and attended 9 schools. Her dark blue backpack and SF Giants cap are all that stay with her as she moves from home to home. With this many placements, there's no reason to assume she won't be moved again.

A Home Within provides foster children & youth with a stable support system that they often lack in their everyday lives. Jessie is one of 415,000 foster kids who need at least one consistent adult to lean on, learn from, celebrate with, struggle with, and talk to.
