SOS relies on the support of over 8,000 volunteers annually to carryout the various aspects of our emergency shelter program and we could not be more grateful for their support. For two weeks in September 2018, we are working with many individual volunteers and multiple congregations who are all assisting with a part of the week. The one gap we foresee is the cost of food. Providing three healthy daily meals to 30+ people is a large expense, and one that is especially hard for our volunteers to shoulder. Funds raised from this campaign will help feed our shelter guests.
