About me.

I've been living in Michigan all of my adult life, and my job was raising my children. I enjoy spending time with friends, and doing crafts. I love making things with beads, doing latch-hook, and other different kinds of crafts. I'm looking forward to my future. I plan to work on my health and happiness.

My backstory.

It took me a long time to leave a very abusive situation, which caused me to be hurt and become disabled. I've had many health complications and spent time in a rehabilitation facility to get back my strength. After being in a homeless shelter, I was able to find transitional housing where I've tried to find peace and happiness. But soon I will finally be able to have my independence back, in my very own apartment.

My goals, moving forward.

My goal is to move into my new apartment, which will be much less stressful than where I have been living. I'm looking forward to taking care of myself, physically and mentally. My apartment will be affordable for me. I'll have privacy, and will be able to get transportation to the grocery store. I just need a little help with the cost of moving in. I finally see a future for myself and I'm very excited.

Other things I'd like to share about myself.

I want my kids to be happy. I want to have peace around me. It makes me happy to make things like suncatchers, jewelry and many other types of crafts. I like being around people who are nice.
