I'm using hand-up to raise money to afford a security deposit so I can move me and my children to our own apartment.

About me.

I am from Southfield, MI and have worked in childcare for the last few years. I enjoy spending time with my children and family.

My backstory.

I was residing with my parents and during the pandemic, because the field I was working in I could not reside with my parents because I was a high risk to give them Covid. This left me and my children displaced until we found shelter.

My goals, moving forward.

I want to get me and my children into stable housing and my plan is to return back to school to obtain a degree in child development.

Other things I'd like to share about myself.

The happiest moment for me is spending time with my 4 children. My most proud moment is when I'm able to provide for my children and see them be happy. My long-term goal is to one day buy a house and complete my degree in child development.
