Our mission is to end homelessness in the Big Bend through leadership, education and advocacy.

The Big Bend Continuum of Care is a nonprofit community-based organization that is leading a multi-agency, collaborative response to the homelessness crisis.

We continue to grow and improve each and every day and look forward to partnering with our community to end homelessness…one person at a time.
