For the past several winters, Youth Services System, Inc (YSS) has opened our offices for a Winter Freeze Shelter for homeless adults. The needs of our Winter Freeze Shelter guests don't end with a warming shelter. Working with community partners, YSS continues to work to help the homeless and near homeless find housing. This campaign is part of that outreach work.
