I am using hand-up to help raise funds toward my security deposit, needed to move from homeless to housing.
About me.
I was born and raised in Pontiac MI, were I worked as a Maintenance Technician. before getting sick in 2013. I like to spend time with my family, and my two daughters are my will to live.
My backstory.
& years year ago I had an eviction which created barrier on me find my own housing. A relative subleased her apartment to me, and when the lease was up I had to move and ended up homeless.
My goals, moving forward.
My next step is to secure stable affordable housing and be able to maintain my housing. I have been apply and hope to move into my own unit soon.
Other things I'd like to share about myself.
My most proudest moment is being here for my daughters, and my wildest dreams is to finally get stable housed and spend my time with my family. My long term goal is to get housing and improve my health.
