I am from Detroit and currently in school to become a medical assistant

I’ve entered the Travelers Aid program in 2013 after becoming homeless. Since then I’ve obtained my CNA certification and secured employment.

My goal moving forward is to find employment in my field, after graduation, and hopefully be able to afford my own home.
