My car is very important to my family. The kids have 3wks left of school, and I like my job, and without my car, it seems that I am unable to provide for them. I have been doing very well with not asking for help, but right now it seems that everything is being thrown at me all at once, and it is very overwhelming. Any amount will help.
I am from Detroit, MI, but my mother raised me in the Clinton Township area. I have four children, two of which have special needs. I spend most of my time looking after my children and trying to provide for them the best I can. The five of us love going to Chuck-E-Cheese and watching Disney movies in our free time.
My youngest son was born over two months early, which caused me to go on medical leave for three months. Between the time I was on medical leave and then went back to work, I had gotten behind on a lot of our bills. By the time I was on my feet again, we were forced to move out with nowhere to go.
Currently, I am in a home, but situations still arise. I have a job but am unable to go to work due to car issues.
Next, is for me to become a homeowner. I have been paying off my debt to accomplish a higher credit score. I have also signed up for first-time homeowner courses.
I love my children and they are my biggest blessings. Even with everything we are going through, my children still love me and get me through anything life tosses at us. This is why my car is important, I want to have the ability to take my children to places and maintain my job.
