I'm raising money for dental services so I can get healthier**.

Why I'm using HandUp for dental services.

I am using HandUp to fundraise for dental services. I have been to UCSF and they estimated that the total dental treatment cost is about $5,000. Each appointment costs $90, so any amount that you can support with will help greatly.

About me.

I was born and raised most of my life in SF, Unfortunately due to serious health problems, I have not been able to work in about 20 years. I am 62 now and I am starting to feel the effects of old age.

My backstory.

In addition to being seriously ill most of my life, I lived in abusive and dysfunctional households. My mother remarried two times.

In May 2015 I ended up in the hospital for a couple of months. I almost died. My step father told me when I woke up that my mother had passed. I returned to living at my mother's home, but a few months later I got a notice of eviction my step father managed to get.

"For eleven years now, I have tired respectfully to get help from this corrupted government concerning my step father. He was in prison for arson and conspiracy. There was a conspiracy against me because I was a victim of his abuse. He is at times a dangerous person. This is the reason why I ended up a victim of financial crimes. This led to me becoming homeless for about two months. This corrupted government has totally refused to help me. All they have told me is it's CIVIL to get a lawyer."

My goals, moving forward.

If my health will every improve, I doubt it. But I would like to help the disabled homeless and victims of domestic violence.
