San Francisco, CA
The mission of Project Homeless Connect is to connect San Franciscans experiencing homelessness with the care they need to move forward.
Project Homeless Connect works directly with those seeking services, as well as with case managers and staff from other agencies, to make connections to hard-to-access resources, services and goods on a daily basis. These resources can help people make a successful transition from homelessness to housing. .
Our Service Facilitators are ready to refer participants to social, medical, and supportive services in San Francisco. We can help people find services including: vision, dental, general medical, mental health, addiction treatment and recovery services, harm reduction programs, self-help programs, food, clothing, computer access and classes, transportation, employment services, Medi-Cal, and other benefits.
If you would like to learn more about our programs and services, please connect with us via our Resource Line at 1-855-588-7968 or via email at edc@projecthomelessconnect.org
Give to our organization's general fund and we'll distribute your gift to those at Project Homeless Connect with the most urgent needs.
