I have recently been housed in my apartment in the last month after living in a shelter for almost 13 months.

About me.

I've lived for more than 27 years. I've worked in several service industry positions including restaurants and grocery stores. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, but right now I'm trying to stay safe from Covid.

My backstory.

Right now I am currently housed in Detroit in my new apartment and I have found employment. I became homeless after a difficult relationship that I had to get out of, loss of employment due to a few medical issues that are being worked out.

My goals, moving forward.

I have a daughter that is about to be 5 years old. She is currently in the foster system. Now that I have a stable home, my goal is to not only pay my bills but get myself to a point where I can get myself in front in front of the judge.

Other things I'd like to share about myself.

What makes me happiest is taking care of myself so I can in turn raise my daughter with the values I was raised with.
