Why I'm using HandUp for my basic needs.
My mother is currently sick and I am hoping to visit her at her at home to help support her and also visit my sister's grave who recently passed away from cancer. Any support that you can offer me would be greatly appreciated.
About me.
I was born and raised in Columbus Ohio. Currently I have lived and worked in San Francisco for 33 years. The various jobs I have worked range from referral counseling, VA Hospital at Fort Miley, and Service Officer for AM-VETS and have attended school at City College.
My backstory.
Currently I volunteer at Coalition on Homelessness but volunteering does not pay but it is very needed. My income is limited as it is a public benefit and I cannot afford a laptop computer.
My goals, moving forward.
At this time I am focused on continuing my education and then starting a Transitional House.

I love to help other! I do like assisting other to achieve their goals.
