Why I'm using HandUp for Housing.

I lived with my grandmother 2020 and I lost my home in a house fire and I have been trying to find housing for me and my three kids.

About me.

I am from Pontiac, Michigan and have lived their my entire life. I have worked for Amazon. I enjoy spending time with my children, I enjoy reading, and I enjoy doing hair and make-up.

My backstory.

I lost my home in a house-fire and I have been searching for safe and affordable housing for my children and I. One of my challenges is I have suffered an injury ( I tore my meniscus in my knee) that made it difficult for me to work but I have been trying to work and be independent.

My goals, moving forward.

I really want to be in my own place with my children, I want to be able to start a business, I want to get my car up and running and be independent.

Other things I'd like to share about myself.

My wildest dream is to become stable enough to raise my children out of state and restart my journey. I want to own a business, and I want stability.
