Hello and Happy Spring!

I have run out of minutes on my phone and it is hard to keep up with my appointments without this important communication tool without income but I am working on obtaining income!

I am seeking assistance so I can get another minute card or two for my phone so I can keep in contact with my doctors and case managers.

About me.

I was born and raised in Detroit and have struggled with issues of stability all of my life. I have struggled with legal issues, domestic violence issues, and financial issues my whole life just to name a few but I still try to remain a happy person and help others as much as I can.

My backstory.

I was raped as a small child by a family member and all throughout my childhood and young adult like I have had endured several other incidents of rape and molestation from family members and non family members. These incidents caused me to never to have a stable living situation and caused me to become addicted to drugs. After freeing myself from my last abusive relationship I went to rehab and I have been sober for 3 months now. I am no longer homeless and have been able to maintain my housing. I try my best to make it to housing meetings with my case manager, medical appointments, and therapy sessions. Transportation and communication are my main barriers.

My goals, moving forward.

My goals are to get transportation and work on obtaining income so I will be able to make it to all of my business and therapy appointments so that I can maintain my housing and remain sober.

Other things I'd like to share about myself.

My happiest moment was when I completed my 90 day program of rehab. My wildest dream is to remain sober and stable.
