About me.

For days I contemplated on how to even start telling My Story " . I wondered how far I should go back or how much detail I should intact ! So, this morning after a Deep cry about who I was , what God has taken Me through, who I have grown to be and who I am destined/ ordained to become I am now with an open heart telling My Story ". A few years ago , to be more exact about seven years ago I woke up from a life that had consisted of a repetitive cycle of Poverty not only relatively but also mentally ! I was living what many would consider a normal life or a socially acceptable life . I worked over forty hours a week , I had no freedom of time for myself, my children or my health and sanity . I paid my residual bills which included rent, utilities, daycare expenses and living expenses. I had no room for error and no extra money for savings or emergency ! I struggled everyday to hold it all together alone . I had no support system , no room for error and no time to look beyond my current circumstance so I thought ! But one day after working for a company that promoted Me to management but would not give me my desired raise of pay after much hard work , developing health conditions due to overworking my body , and efforts to prove my worthiness of the management position I desired and eventually was granted I had had enough of the cycle of poverty I was consumed in . I woke up , finally ! I decided I wanted more out of life and deserved more out of life . My children deserved more out of life and I was willing and ready to fight for Better. So after coming to this conclusion I knew I needed a plan . I had for as long as I can remember had a passion for Natural hair care , health and wellness but hadn't really found My direction, even after attending Cosmetology school which sadly I wasn't able to throughly complete and receive my licensing due to having to move to another state abruptly with My mom a few years back . So at this time I decided to start with Me and My hair , My health and My life . I decided at this time to pursue entrepreneurship! So I started to study ,seek out mentors and test everything I soaked up along the way ! I discovered the healing powers of holistic health first had and within weeks not only was a seeing Results but I had fallen in love with holistic medicine , self care and self love ! My hair started to repair and grow an inch a month . So here is where I began to show and tell My Story ! I began to build My personal brand . I began my journey on learning how to build a business ! My goal was to create My own health , wellness and beauty brand ! I finally had a plan and a start on my direction . What I didn't know is that throughout this journey I would experience a lot of hardship , pain , joy , loss , mental , verbal and physical abuse , homelessness, being outcast, judged and teased ,but also accomplishment and growth ! I had to learn how to balance My desire to become a successful entrepreneur along with making sure that I had room for error , and enough income to take care of My family ! Throughout this journey I have learned and am still learning financial literacy , the importance of choosing the Right partner and friends , better prioritizing My responsibilities and most importantly rooting Your foundation with Faith in God to provide and guide ! Today I am a licensed business owner of My very Own natural hair care , skin care and at home Spa essentials brand routed in God and holistic medicine! I am no where near where I know God is taking Me but I am on My way and that's more than enough for Me ! My Journey brought Me closer to God most importantly and He has delivered , blessed and kept My little family and I . I am currently a mother of four beautiful children , and also carrying Twins ! I am so grateful God brought Me into this program and put it in the hearts of Anthony , Zu and Ms. Sarah to help My little family ! I know that Our stability and abundance in all things We need is coming and I'm just so grateful and thankful for God's grace and protection ! I know as long as I continue to keep My faith and Do My works that God will do the rest !
