Mountainland Continuum of Care is a coalition of agencies in Utah, Wasatch, and Summit counties committed to ending homelessness in our community.

As a continuum, we coordinate our efforts and pool our resources to better serve our communities.

Primary agencies include: United Way of Utah County, Community Action Services and Food Bank, Food & Care Coalition, Wasatch Mental Health, Center for Women and Children in Crisis, Utah County Housing Authority, Provo City Housing Authority, Utah County Substance Abuse, and Golden Spike Outreach.
