Why I'm using HandUp for housing expenses.

I am using HandUp because I am an 18-year-old high school senior and I need some help affording a place of my own.

About me.

I'm originally from Muskegon Heights but I've lived all around Michigan. I'm still in High School and I plan on going to college to study how to become an Entrepreneur so I can start my own business.

My backstory.

I spent 12 years in the foster care system. After 31 different foster homes, I was finally adopted. I spent 1 year at that house and when I turned 18 I was told to leave, I think because they would no longer receive money for me.

My goals, moving forward.

My goal is to go to school to learn how to become an entrepreneur and own my own business.
