I'm raising money for basic needs so I can get to my dialysis treatments.

Why I'm using HandUp for my basic needs.

I am fundraising for transportation so that I can get to my dialysis treatments. I need $200 to pay for my transportation to my treatments. I go to weekly dialysis and am living with HIV. I'm trying to stay as safe and healthy as I can. Thank you so much and god bless you!

About me.

Born and raised in Oakland, CA. I went to school there until I moved to San Jose in 1992. I lived and worked there as a manger of a fast food chain and then moved back to SF. I then started to develop some health problems.

My backstory.

After arriving to SF, I noticed my vision started to blur. Then my eyesight completely left in one eye. Then my kidneys failed. Now I'm on disability. Thank God I have subsidized housing.

My goals, moving forward.

Moving forward I wouild like to ask you all as my supportive donors for your genius help with raising funds for transportation as I recently lost my vehicle. Also for clean fresh clothing to present myself for upcoming doctors and dialysis appointments.

All support as a kind compassionate guester would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

Warm Regards,

Dellonzo Carter
