About me.

I moved to Medford, Oregon from Washington state. I have been working as an Office Assistant/Bookkeeper up until my medical problems forced me to stop working. I spend most of my time trying to deal with my pain and the Tinnitus.

My backstory.

Because I cannot work in my present condition, I have had to live in an old, borrowed RV that is parked on property that was owned by my grandfather. Since my grandfather passed away the new property owners have been kind enough to allow me to remain there but that could change when they decide to build. I need to begin working again because I don’t know where I would go if that happens.

It took months to get diagnosed with TMJ. I thought that surgery would cure my condition but the oral surgeon insisted that I first get physical therapy. I am told that, in a large number of cases, physical therapy and exercises will end the symptoms, and there is no need for surgery.

My goals, moving forward.

When my pain and hearing problems improve, I will be able to get a job and afford a safe, secure place to call home. Just knowing that I am on my way to recovery gives me hope that in the near future my life will be back on course.
