I'm raising money for Partial dentures so I can eat properly and be more confident at work**.

Why I'm using HandUp for Partial dentures.

I'm currently disabled due to problems with my health and with my knee. I am waiting for surgery on my knee. Meanwhile, I am trying to fix my teeth so that I can be ready to work while waiting for my knee surgery. Medi-Cal won't cover the cost of implants. Any donation will be helpful.

About me.

I am originally from a small town in the Yucatan area of Mexico near Chichen Itza. I moved to the Bay Area 26 years ago and have lived here ever since. My brother used to live here and I moved here to be with him and find work. Prior to that I was living Cancun but moved here for more opportunities. My employment background is in hospitality,

My backstory.

I am currently unemployed and homeless because of the high cost of living in the bay area. Like many, I am seeking housing and work. However, it is difficult securing stable employment while homeless. I am living in a shelter and looking for flexible work in the hospitality business.

My goals, moving forward.

My goals moving forward are to find stable housing and full time work. I am taking the steps necessary to achieve these goals.

Other things I'd like to share about myself.

My wildest dream is have a fulfilling life where I am employed full time and have a place to live.
