I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. I was born in Oakland and raised in Lafayette and since dropping out of high school I have worked mostly in the East Bay. Growing up I always have trouble fitting in and I don't have many social connections to get by. I have worked part time, entry level in Berkeley, Oakland, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, and Antioch.
As I mentioned, I struggled with substance abuse issues in high school which led to me leaving the school early. I had a lot of trouble fitting in with my peers and recently came out into the LGBTQ community and have started the process of gender reassignment.
I plan to continue HRT and receive gender confirming surgeries in the future. I hope to gain independent living skills, like organization, healthy food preparation, and time management. More recently, my sister is allowing for me to live with her in exchange for rent and support with household expenses. I am very grateful and fortunate to have stable housing.
I have always loved bicycle riding. Riding my old bikes are some of the best memories I have!
I'm raising money for moving expenses and security deposit so I can move into stable housing**.
I'm raising money for basic needs so I can take care of my self while I look for a way to resume my home in the water. Last boat was lost to Hurricane Michael.
Be the first to donate to Henry this month!
I'm raising money for holistic food and healing modalities so I can heal my mind, body and spirit**.
