About Milwaukee Continuum of Care Partnership
Milwaukee Continuum of Care (CoC) is a 100+ member strong coalition responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating the continuum of services for homeless individuals and families to ensure compliance with HUD regulations.
United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County is a member agency of the CoC and acts as fiscal agent of HandUp funds.
