About me.

I am a native Californian. I previously attended University in San Francisco as an undergraduate in Psychology. I am multilingual, whose work experience includes teaching English as a foreign language and hospice care-giving. My life style includes swimming, cycling and running, I have successfully completed sprint triathlon and would like to do more.

My backstory.

While I was teaching English in Europe, my mother's health turned for the worse. I came back to California to care for her during the last stages of her life. I continue to give hospice care, when in 2017 I suffered a second to third degree burn of my right foot which resulted in neuropathy of both feet. It took over one year from the time of my accident to receive worker's compensation benefits. I went through all of my savings. I have lost everything except my optimism and the pursuit of my goals.

My goals, moving forward.

Where I have decided to study will open doors. I have decided to study at San Francisco State University because it has one of the best Paralegal cert. programs in the state. My goal as a Paralegal is to work and serve vulnerable populations.

Other things I'd like to share about myself.

Working out swimming, cycling and running makes me very happy. This maintains my health, spirit and forward momentum. This time now is without a doubt one of the biggest challenges of my life, with your help I know I will succeed.
