I live in a single room occupancy room and the refrigerator the refrigerator I bought for my unit was leaking water and eventually stopped working and all my food spoiled. Now I have no way to store my food which is challenging because I have to find places reasonable to eat according to my budget. Anything will help as I am in desperate need of this household item.

I was born and raised in San Francisco CA. I've worked at the exploratorium as an explainer of the exhibits, I've also worked as a multi media intern. My disability didn't affect me until 2002 to where I was unable to work, now I spend my time in therapy for my physical and mental disabilities, I'm going back to school to obtain more job skills. I love spending my free time at home as well that is my sanctuary!
I was diagnosed with fibroidmyalgia in 1998, I was in a bad car accident in 2002 which led to more pain. I was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, Schizophrenia and Major depression in 2010, I also have hyper thyroid, in which all of these conditions have left me unable to work. I became homeless in 2010 due to all of these medical issues.
I'm working on reuniting with my daughter which is very exciting for me, I've been actively going to therapy and currently working on getting back in school. I plan on working all of my tools and practicing healthy eating that's why I'm fundraising for a refrigerator so that I can do so and changing my way of thinking so that I can maintain a healthy lifestyle.
My proudest moment is when I gave birth to my only daughter which is my pride and joy, what makes me happy is spending time with her and listening to music.
I'm raising money for basic needs so I can have an adequate place to store one of my refrigerated prescription medications as well as cook and eat healthy..
