Why I'm using HandUp for Basic Living Needs.
I am creating this HandUp account to fundraise for paratransit services and taxi services to get to my medical appointments. I am disabled and use a wheelchair to get around San Francisco.
About me.
I've lived in San Francisco since 1990. I mostly spend a lot of time in the library everyday.
My backstory.
I am wheelchair bound with a lot of bags. I am unable to travel around San Francisco to make my appointments and carry out my daily necessities.
My goals, moving forward.
I am hoping to make enough money so that I can pay for ramp taxis and paratransit, as I have no income currently.
Other things I'd like to share about myself.
What would make me happy is to have the funds to use services that would get me around the city. So that I can have a wonderful day.
