Why I'm using HandUp for my basic needs.

I am fundraising for food so I can eat and clothing. I am currently homeless and waiting for my housing. Anything at this time really helps.

About me.

I am from San Francisco and have been here my whole life, 46 years. I use to work construction and in grocery stores. I also use to move furniture and scaffolding work in the city. I spend all my time with my dog. He will be mad when I am not homeless anymore because while I am at work he will be by himself.

My backstory.

I have been getting in trouble and being in out and of jail my whole life. I use to be involved with drugs but I have been clean for 2 months. Being homeless and not on drugs can be hard.

My goals, moving forward.

I am working on getting housing for me and my dog. I would like to get back to work and get on with my life.

Other things I'd like to share about myself.

I am happy when I have my dog with me.
