Why I'm using HandUp for my car payment.

I was recently the victim of identity theft where the individual gained access to my bank account and proceeded to take all of the funds I currently had in the account. I have gone through my bank and reported the crime to the police but for the money lost we don't know when we will be reimbursed for the loss and still have bills and a car payment to make. I am on a fixed income and I am looking for any support to help with making it through this ordeal.
