I came to the U.S. in 1969. I have lived and worked in San Francisco since I arrived; I have worked at the following companies: Pacific Telephone Company, Panamerican Savings and Loan, Golden West Appliances, Assembly of Christian Churches, and in-home support services.
I got very ill. I do suffer from depression, diabetes, sleep apnea, arthritis, high blood pressure, cholesterol, gastritis, amnesia, and dementia. I could not continue working.
My goal is to be healed so that I can go back to working. I want to be able to take care of my aging mother, my dog, my grandchildren, and my great-grandchildren. And most importantly, to take care of me. I know I can do it, it starts with me and my mind.
I used to be a missionary and a pastor of a Christian Church and my joy was to be able to work for my King and Savior, my Lord Jesus Christ, my Father Jehovah and the Holy Spirit. I was very happy. I still can feel joy but also experience a lot of pain for my multiple illnesses.
